Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl

I’ve got into a habit of having a Green Protein Smoothie Bowl a day as part of my Pre workout snack.

There’s a certain sense of happiness I get from getting 2 servings of fruit/vegetables in a smoothie form. It’s a refreshing way to supplement your main meals of the day & keep your blood sugar levels consistent.
I wanted to share with you my favorite Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl Recipe! A quick way to make a super nutritious and super easy snack is a smoothie bowl. You can make them into even more of a complete meal with the simple addition of a few extra ingredients blended in.
The spices I add to this recipe aid various health benefits such as lowering blood sugar levels, soothe indigestion, strengthen cognitive function, detoxify the body, boost skin health, reduce insomnia, increase immune system function & more.


  • 10 oz of coconut milk.
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach.
  • 1 Green apple, chopped.
  • Handful of Ice Cubes.
  • 1 scoop of Whole-foods Peanut butter.
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein.
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon.
  • 1 tbsp Nutmeg.
  • 1 tbsp Allspice.
  • 1tbsp Ginger.
  • Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
