Total Sweetness Smoothie Bowl

My Favorite Natural Total Sweet Treat.

I’ve often suggested smoothie ideas & recipes to clients for snacks and since sharing the Green Smoothie Bowl recipe. I’ve have had a great response,  so I wanted to share with you a few more of my top smoothie recipes. They are perfect in between workouts and when you’re on the go.
This is my favourite way to get a tasty antioxidant hit when I’m needing a pick up. My favorite berries are blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. After cutting down on refined sugars, I’ve found this to be the sweetest treat, that also makes me feel good. It’s important to have berries in your diet because they contain particular antioxidants that decrease inflammation and phytonutrients that help fight against diseases.
A perfect snack or desert for keeping cheat day healthy….

  • 10 oz of coconut milk.
  • 1 handful of blueberries .
  • 1 handful of strawberries or raspberries.
  • Handful of Ice Cubes.
  • 1 tsp Total Sweet.
  • 1 scoop of Whole-foods Peanut butter.
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein.
  • Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pad it out with oats to make it filling.
  • Also delicious when served with a dollop of Greek yogurt & a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds.
