Once a fortnight now my bestie, Rachel Scott and I have a treat & film night!
Rachel is Gluten Free & I am Sugar Free so our aim is to create and try new delicious recipes that we can both enjoy. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones that want to eat foods that are both tasty and nutrient rich.
Last night was our first treat & film night and I cooked up our first Choconana Protein Pancakes. They were a massive success!
I wanted to share the recipe with other friends and PT clients so I hope you all enjoy the recipe below as much as we did.
Ingredients for serving size 2:
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein
4 Large Eggs
50ml Whole Milk
2 Chopped Bananas
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
