Cinanom Protein Balls

My aim with these Protein Balls was to create something simple, nutritious and that I loved the taste of. I try to save money when I can. One way is by making my own protein snacks for pre workout.

Cinnamon is my favorite spice especially since cutting down on refined sugars. I love it for its taste and for its incredible health benefits. Cinnamon acts as a high source of antioxidants, it protects the heart, fights diabetes & protects brain function among many other things.

Portion: 10-12 Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein

  • 5 tbsp Cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter

  • 300g Oats

  • 150ml Whole Milk

  • 1 handful of Sesame Seeds

Method:

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir together until the mix is sticky.
Roll evenly into balls and place into the fridge to cool for 30mins. Then they are ready to eat.

Tip: Make a double batch and freeze half to save time.
