5. Don’t Compare Yourself To Others
It takes time to change the habit of comparing yourself to others, but it will make you far happier. Stop all the comparisons. There is never going to be another soul in this world like you, so you cannot honestly compare yourself to anyone else. The only person you should compare yourself to is you. Compare yourself to who you were last year, and the year before. Realize how far you have come. Embrace and adore everything that makes you unique. This is what makes you special.
6. Get Outside Your Comfort Zone
Step outside of your comfort zone and try new things. Although scary at first, it will help you become more confident and allow you to adapt better to change in the future. It’s amazing the feeling we get when we become conscious of what we have achieved especially when it is something we have not done before or something we couldn’t do before. Stepping outside your comfort zone will massively improve your self esteem.
7. Nourish Your Body
Eat foods that make you thrive. Wake up every day and move that gorgeous body of yours, take your time but learn to love the skin you’re in. Its becoming more & more common we read articles on how research has shown that improving our nutrition can have a massive impact on our brain and the way that we feel.
